Job description:

Supporting language lessons for immigrants and low-literates under the responsibility of a language teacher.


Job requirements: - Be available at least 3 hours a week.

- Good command of the Dutch language in speech

and writing.

- Teaching experience is not necessary, but is helpful

highly recommended.

- Have good communication and social skills.

- Want to be in contact with in a coaching manner

the student.

What makes the work worthwhile: The variety of working with people who have different cultural backgrounds is something beautiful. Students learn from you, but you also learn new things from the students. With this extra customized guidance, a student can make a good start. You can see students grow in the process of learning the Dutch language. In addition, you get the opportunity to gain experience as a teaching assistant under professional guidance.

* The BUCH municipalities consist of: Bergen, Uitgeest, Castricum and Heiloo
* The IJmond municipalities consist of: Beverwijk, Heemskerk and Velsen
