About Inova

Since 1995 we have been offering social guidance, coaching, training and information to beneficiaries and migrants who want to work as a volunteer, follow a vocational training or are looking for a job. Or want to build a new life in the Netherlands.

The INOVA Foundation works closely with the EdINOVA Foundation and social partners, municipalities and employers to support new Dutch citizens in sustainable integration and social participation.

New Civic Integration Act
The new Civic Integration Act will come into effect on 1 January 2022. Under the new Act, municipalities will offer social and financial guidance and the B1 and Z learning route to integrators.
We work in the municipalities below.
* The HAL municipalities consist of: Heerhugowaard, Alkmaar and Langedijk
* The BUCH municipalities consist of: Bergen, Uitgeest, Castricum and Heiloo
* The IJmond municipalities consist of: Beverwijk, Heemskerk and Velsen
