Volunteer group Team Wijk aan Zee is looking for new team members to perform manual management tasks. Are you physically fit, do you have an affinity with nature, can you work well together and are you available every Thursday? As a management volunteer in Team Wijk aan Zee you are part of a fun and involved team of volunteers.
About the management activities
Team Wijk aan Zee performs various manual management activities every Thursday. Such as pruning paths, removing exotics and clearing and opening up blowouts. This is done with volunteers in a team under the supervision of a maintenance employee from PWN.
Your role as a volunteer
As a volunteer for management activities Team Wijk aan Zee, you will work on the implementation of the management to get and keep the dune in good condition. In a team, you will perform various manual management activities. The working day starts at 09:00 and ends at approximately 14:30 (including a coffee/tea and lunch break). PWN provides coffee/tea and soup. PWN also provides work clothing and tools, and a reimbursement scheme applies for the purchase of safety shoes.
