Detailed description
People who want to work on a healthier weight and who have difficulty with the Dutch language learn how to live a healthier life through "Feel good". They receive eating and exercise advice from their dietitian. They also follow group lessons in which they learn to better understand and apply information about healthy living in their daily lives. You can help them with that! The first group has now started.
You follow a volunteer training. Then you guide a group of 4 adults during 20 weekly meetings. You work with professional teaching materials. You discuss the information with the participants and exchange experiences and tips. The upcoming online training sessions are scheduled for May 4-11-25 and June 1 provided by Stichting Taal voor het Leven.
Before the summer we want to start 2 new groups.
