This training is intended for volunteers who (may) come into contact with verbal aggression during voluntary work. How can you act in such situations and what can the organization where you are active in as a volunteer mean for you?
Explanation about the types of aggression, the aggression level and styles of conflict management is given.
This training is organized by Stichting Thuiszorg Gehandicapten/SIG.
