As a steward at Telstar 1963 NV, you are the first point of contact for supporters. This means that you fulfill an important customer-friendly voluntary role within Telstar 1963 NV. You also have an important function: carrying out access control, monitoring safety and the atmosphere in the 711 Stadium. We think it is important that our stewards convey this in a customer-friendly manner and being a host/hostess is of paramount importance. We are looking for enthusiastic, strong people with a passion for Telstar 1963 NV
You are:
- At least 18 years old
- Service is your specialty
- Well-groomed and representative
- Always have a helping hand
- Affinity with safety
- Dares to speak to others about their behavior
- Flexible and stress-resistant
- Available for the matches of the White Lions
In your role as a football steward:
- Guaranteeing service and safety
- Working in a stadium
- Providing assistance in general
- Speaking to visitors
- Working together as a team with emergency services
