Summary
Cycling group guideDetailed description
Are you an enthusiastic cyclist who knows the Velsen area and beyond well? Do you enjoy giving others a great day? Then we are looking for you!
What are you going to do? As a guide of our cycling group Doortrappen you will take a group of about 15 enthusiastic participants on fun cycling tours of 20 to 25 kilometers. The participants are 65 years and older (sometimes even 85+) and enjoy cycling, each other's company and your surprising route choices.
The average speed is between 15 and 17 km per hour. On the way we will of course make time for a cup of coffee or tea and a nice chat. Your role as a guide ensures that everyone comes home safely, relaxed and with a smile.
What do we expect from you?
- You have a good knowledge of the Velsen area and surroundings.
- You are sociable, patient, and have a good sense of safety while cycling.
- You can guide the group and provide support along the way where necessary.
- You are available to organize a trip once or twice a month, on Monday or Tuesday.
