regional coordinator bike team North Holland

Are you an enthusiastic, driven leader with a passion for cycling and team development? Do you want to contribute to a fast delivery of first aid within the event emergency services? Then we are looking for you in the region of North Holland as our new regional coordinator bike team!

As a regional coordinator, you ensure that your team of bikers can perform well, enjoy their work and develop optimally.

What are you going to do?

- You coordinate the operational activities and processes for the bike team, ensuring that the mountain bikes and materials are in good condition and in stock and that the administration is in order

- You motivate the team, you manage the bikers, make the planning and ensure that the bikers have sufficient knowledge through training and education

- You evaluate and identify bottlenecks and ensure the professionalization and improvement of the quality of the bike team

You will work together with the coordinators of event assistance, logistics and liaison services.

Who are you?

- You have strong communication skills and you have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

- You are good at organizing, collaborating, inspiring and connecting

- You live in the North Holland region (Kennemerland or North Holland North) and are available for approximately 4 hours per week

- Experience in management is a plus, not a requirement
