Are you creative and do you like to further the communication of the Red Cross in Kennemerland? Is social media something you like to do and do you not shy away from creating attractive content?

Then we are looking for you!

Social Media Editor (Volunteer)

We are expanding the communication team in Kennemerland. Per communication discipline (internal, external, web, socials) we want to work with duos to ensure continuity. You always have someone to spar with and replace each other in case of absence.

What are you going to do?

- You help build a growing online community

- You provide lively content on our social media channels

- You are our raging reporter who reports on our activities in the region

What are you taking with you?

- Social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) hold no secrets for you.

- You have a smooth pen and can work with graphic programs (Canva) and image editing (CapCut),

- You are enthusiastic and creative, you can work independently but also function well in a team

- You are mobile and can attend events in the Haarlem area

- A willingness to volunteer for the Red Cross for a longer period of time (at least one year), with flexible deployment for approximately 4 hours per week.

What do we offer you?

As a volunteer, you contribute to the work of the Red Cross. That feels good! You get the chance to develop your talents and work together with motivated and enthusiastic volunteers and employees. The Red Cross reimburses travel and expenses incurred and ensures that you are insured during the execution of your work. The Red Cross also provides courses and/or training for the purpose of performing the function. At the Red Cross, we work according to our basic principles and code of conduct.
