District coordinator for training in the North-West region

Do you have a passion for personal growth and enjoy setting up and developing effective training programs?

Then we are looking for you as our new district coordinator for training in the North-West region!

As a training coordinator, you have a significant influence on the development of the training and education and you help to implement them. As a result, you ensure a motivated and well-trained team.

What exactly are you going to do?

- Analyzing training needs in collaboration with the training location coordinators

- Coordinating and collaborating with the training location coordinators in the North-West region

- Managing the training budget and taking care of the administrative handling of the training activities, including repetitions

- Together with the location coordinators of training courses, you promote (new) training courses among volunteers; of course, there must also be sufficient registrations for training courses!

You will work together with the professional team and volunteer coordinators of various projects within the organization.

Who are you?

- You have strong communication skills and you have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

- You have organizational talent and you can collaborate, connect and motivate well

- The importance of knowledge sharing and development is completely clear to you, experience with setting up training programs is an advantage, not a requirement

- You are available approximately 4 hours per week and live in the North Holland region (Kennemerland or North Holland North)
