District Coordinator Bike team North-West region

Are you an enthusiastic, driven leader with a passion for cycling and team development? Do you want to contribute to the rapid delivery of first aid within the event emergency services? Then we are looking for you in the North Holland region as our new district coordinator bike team!

As a district coordinator, you ensure that your team of bikers can develop and perform optimally and can do their work with pleasure.

What are you going to do?

- You coordinate the operational activities and processes for the bike team, ensuring that the mountain bikes and materials are in good condition and in stock and that the administration is in order

- You motivate the team, you manage the bikers, make the planning and ensure that the bikers have sufficient knowledge through training and education

- You evaluate and identify bottlenecks and ensure the professionalization and improvement of the quality of the bike team

You will work together with coordinators of event assistance, logistics and the liaison service.

Who are you?

- You have strong communication skills and you have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

- You are good at organizing, collaborating, inspiring and connecting

- You live in the North Holland region (Kennemerland or North Holland North) and are available for approximately 4 hours per week

- Experience in management is a plus, not a requirement
