As a volunteer you are responsible for the atmosphere in the group, you ensure that every participant feels safe and heard. It is important that participants feel that they matter. You take the time for this. In addition, you work together with the assistant volunteer, you take care of the materials (purchase), together you teach the participants existing or new creative techniques. We regularly work on a joint creative project, but individual activities are just as important.
