Looking for a family buddy to help a young mother expand her network

Detailed description

Sarah is a young mother who recently moved to IJmuiden and has a one month old child. She is from Indonesia, speaks good English and is practicing the Dutch language. She would like to discover with a family buddy what to do in the area and get to know other young mothers with children. Are you going out with her?
